摘　　要：【目的】本文旨在研究内源性雌激素对非内皮依赖血管舒张功能的作用,探讨其对女性冠心病患者保护作用的其他机制。【方法】采用高分辨力超声法测定33例女性冠心病患者(CHD组)和17例对照者(对照组)在含服硝酸甘油(GTN)后的肱动脉内径变化。同时测定所有研究对象的血浆雌二醇(E2)水平。【结果】冠心病组硝酸甘油所致的肱动脉舒张反应明显低于对照组(12.38%±6.70%比20.79%±7.57%,P<0.01),冠心病组E2水平明显低于对照组[(27.80±12.28)pg/mL比(43.83±14.30)pg/mL,P<0.01]。多因素逐步回归分析发现GTN引起的肱动脉舒张反应和E2水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】女性冠心病患者血管非内皮依赖性舒张功能降低,且与其血浆雌激素水平下降有关。[Objective]To investigate the effect of endogenous estrogen levels on vascular endothelial-independent dilatation and its mechanism in women with coronary heart disease（CHD）. [Methods]Nitroglycerin-induced dilatation（NID） of the brachial artery was detected by high-resolution ultrasound in 33 women with CHD and 17 controls. Plasma levels of estradiol were measured in all subjects. [Resuhs]In comparison with control group, NID was significantly decreased in the CHD group（ 12.38%±6. 70% vs. 20.79% ± 7.57 % , P 〈0.01）. Plasma estradiol concentrations were lower in the CHD group than in control[（27.80± 12.28） pg/ mL vs. （43.83±14.30） pg/mL, P 〈0. 01]. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that NID was positively correlated with plasma estradiol levels（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]This study indicates that vascular endothelium-independent dilatation is impaired in women with CHD. The impairment of vascular endotheHum-independent dilatation is correlated with the decrease of plasma estradiol levels.
