摘　　要：介绍了热水器/两用炉性能检测的工控机测控系统的硬件设计和软件开发。该系统采用PCI-1780计数器/定时器卡、PCL-818L数据采集卡、Smartio C104H串口扩展卡、EDA9011与AN9641C等串口设备。通过采用多线程、高精度的多媒体定时器和SQL2000数据库及其完善的控制软件设计,使其系统的测量精度高、功能稳定、实时性能好、硬件维护方便。系统整体测试性能符合国家有关标准的要求,值得加以推广。The design of measurement and control system for detecting comprehensive performance of water heater/dual-purpese stove is introduced. The system composed of several serial port equipments, i. e, PCI-1780 counter/timer, PCL-818L data acquisition module, Smartio C104H serial port expanding module, EDA9011 and AN9641C, etc. In addition, the developing method by using C＋＋ Builder is presented. Through multi-thread, high accurate multimedia timer and SQL2000 database as well as perfect control software design, the system provides with high measuring accuracy, stable function, good real time performance and easy hardware maintenance. The entity test performance meets related national standard. It is worth to be propagated.
