摘 要:采用模拟试验、小规模运转、室内分析测定及田间观测等方法,研究运贮前后番茄秧苗质量下降的主要形态及生理指标变化规律。结果表明:运贮过程中番茄秧苗在很短时间内就出现明显的质量下降特征,在形态指标上的突出特点是叶片失水萎蔫与黄化、干质量明显降低、叶片健全指数下降;在生理指标上,根系活力、叶绿素含量、呼吸强度明显降低。番茄秧苗运贮过程中质量下降主要是由于外因即运贮过程中秧苗正常生长发育环境条件(温、光、水、肥)急剧改变而引起的“胁迫性生理衰变”,这种衰变具有急剧性、胁迫性和可恢复性。The changes in some principal morphological and physiological indices of tomato seedlings before and after transportation and storage were investigated. Results indicated that during transportation and storage, root viability, chlorophyll content and respiration intensity decreased. From the morphological, physiological changes observed in tomato seedlings after transportation and storage. It was clear that apparent quality decline occurred in seedlings after a short period of transportation and storage. Seedling quality decline could be caused by abrupt changing in environmental conditions ( temperature, light, water, fertilizer) for the normal growth and development of seedlings in transportation and storage. The seedling quality decline was rapid, stressed and recoverable.
