摘  要:采用计算流体力学方法对大型泵站虹吸式出水流道的内部流场进行了数值模拟。在分析了影响虹吸式出水流道水力特性的主要设计参数、数值模拟流道内部的三维流动和定性分析流道内部流态的基础上,建立了虹吸式出水流道水力特性评价指标体系。通过分析两个设计方案的虹吸式出水流道的流场,定量比较了驼峰和出口断面的流速分布均匀度和流道水力损失,客观评价了虹吸式出水流道的水力特性,为实现水力设计优化提供了可靠依据,可有效地节省物理模型试验费用和时间,提高水泵装置的效率。Calculation of fluid mechanics was adopted for numeric simulation to the flow field inside the siphonic discharge passage of large scale pump station. Based on the analysis for the design parameters affecting the hydraulic performance of siphonic discharge passage, the numerical simulation to the three dimensional flowing in the passage, and the qualitative analysis for the flow pattern inside the passage, the evaluation index system for the hydraulic performance of siphonic discharge passage was established. By making analysis on the flow field of the siphonic discharge passage in two design schemes, the quantitative comparison was made on the distribution of flow velocity between hump and outlet section and on the passage hydraulic loss , and the objective evaluation was conducted on the hydraulic performance of the discharge passage, and thus providing the reliable basis for the optimization of hydraulic design. It can effectively save the test cost and time of physical model, and raise the efficiency of pump installation.
