SYEP-1原油降凝剂在三化管道的现场试验

摘　　要：对北三台-乌石化管道(三化管道)降凝剂现场试验证明,SYEP-1系列原油降凝剂对彩南原油和火-北-沙混合原油具有显著的降凝效果。在加剂量为400 g／t,处理温度为60℃时, 彩南原油凝点由21．5℃降至11℃左右,火-北-沙混合原油凝点由16℃降至3℃左右。在冬季该管道加降凝剂,可以实现首站一次处理全线各站停炉的常温输送工艺,既可以降低燃料消耗,又可以降低管道运行压力,保障了管道的输油安全。PPD field test made in Beisantai-Wushihua Oil Pipeline shows the facts that: (1) the SYEP-1 PPD has the excellent performance as an additive of treating Cainan and Huo-Bei-Sha crude oil. While dosage is 400 ppm,treating temperature is 60 ℃ , the gel point of Cainan oil is decreased from 21. 5℃ to 11℃,10. 5℃ fallen,Huo-Bei-Sha blended oil's gel point falls to 3℃ ,compared with its 16℃ originally,13℃ reduced; (2) in winter,heat treatment with PPD in first Beisantai Station,the pipeline can operated with followed heat stations shutdown,Which saves fuel oil and operational cost as well as reducing the operation pressure.
