摘 要:经小试、中试(70t/a装置)、工业化试验(25kt/a工业装置),在自研的多组分结晶导向剂的作用下,较高温度(35~75℃)、较高浓度(7%~12%)碳化工艺条件下合成粒度分布均匀,粒径为10~20nm,长径比为15~20,比表面积≥90m2/g,总孔容≥0.26cm3/g的针状(晶须)纳米碳酸钙。经在乳胶漆、PVC制品中试用,均取得理想效果。文中还给出了10kt/a针状(晶须)纳米级碳酸钙新建与改建设计方案。Needle-like nanometer CaCO3 was produced in a commercial reactor by using self-developed crystal-directing-agents under the conditions of the carbonization temperature as high as 30-75℃ and Ca(OH)2 slurry concentration as high as 8%- 12%. The average diameter of the produced nano-CaCO3 was 20nm, the aspect ratio 10-15, the specific surface area ≥90m^2/g. The experiments on its application in emulsion paint and in PVC were made and good results were obtained. The design schemes of anew plant and revamping an existing plant for needle-like nano-CaCO3 production are given in this paper.
