摘  要:目的探讨血浆血栓调节蛋白(PTM)水平在脑血管病中的变化。方法使用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测179例脑血管病急性期(脑梗死81例、脑出血51例、短暂性脑缺血发作47例)与48例恢复期(脑梗死26例、脑出血22例)的PTM水平,并以60名健康人为对照。结果对照组PTM水平与性别及年龄分组差异均无显著性(P>0.05),脑梗死与脑出血急性期PTM水平明显高于短暂性脑缺血发作、健康对照组(P<0.01)及脑梗死和脑出血患者恢复期(P<0.01,P<0.05),短暂性脑缺血发作则与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论PTM是一种稳定反映血管内皮细胞损伤的敏感指标,对脑血管病的诊断、病情监测及疗效判断有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore the changes of plasma thrombomodulin (PTM) levels in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods By enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA), the PTM of 179 patients on acute period of cerebro-vascular disease (81 cerebral infarction, 51 cerebral hemorrhage and 47 transient ischemia attack), 48 patients at recovering phase (26 cerebral infarction and 22 cerebral hemorrhage) and 60 healthy controls were detected. Results The PTM levels of control group had no difference in sex and age (P 〉 0.05 ). The PTM levels in patients on acute period of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those of transient ischemia at- tack and control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and recovering phase (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). The PTM levels had no significantly difference between transient ischemia attack and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions PTM is a stable and sensitive marker for endothelial cell injury of blood vessel, and may serve as a clinical marker in diagnosis, monitor and curative effect evaluation of cerebrovascular disease.
