木霉防治黄芪根腐病初步研究

摘　　要：将木霉制剂II、II、II作为激发子,通过室内对黄芪根腐病病原菌的拮抗作用及盆栽防治黄芪根腐病的情况进行了研究,发现3种木霉制剂均有抑制黄芪根腐病的显著效果,其中木霉制剂II效果最佳,为黄芪的生物防治增加了一种新的方法。In present paper, Trichoderma preparations Ⅰ, Ⅱand Ⅲ were .mainly used as excitons, through the research of the vitro and vivo controlling trials against rood rot disease of Astragallus, the result showed that all the three preparations have marked effect on antagonistim to the root rot disease of Astragallus, and the Trichoderma preparation Ⅱ has the best effect. The trials increased a new method through which the biological control resists the diseases on Astragallus.
