甘肃瑞香根际真菌与内生真菌多样性的研究

摘　　要：为了进一步研究根际真菌和内生真菌与植物之间的关系,笔者对生长在甘肃的甘肃瑞香根茎和根际土壤进行真菌的分离,结果获得真菌66株。经显微形态观察鉴定,它们均属于半知菌亚门的9个属,其中青霉属30株,约占总数的45.5%,属于绝对优势类群。试验结果充分表明甘肃瑞香的根际真菌和内生真菌有着丰富的多样性。To explore the relationship among the rhizo-epiphyte,the endo-epiphyte and the plant,the present author takes as a sample the Daphne odora thunb growing in Gansu province and dissociates the rhizo-epiphyte from the endo-epiphyte in it. As a result, 66 epiphytes are obtained. Under the microscope, they are proved that they all fall into 9 genera of the same subordinate phylum, and of which, there are 30 penicillia,45.5 % of the total. The result showed the variety in the rhizo-epiphyte and endo-epiphyte of Daphne odora thunb.
