摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,在分析我国职业足球运动员职业道德现状的基础上,找出影响职业道德的主要因素,即职业足球运动员的产生机制不健全、管理制度不完善、自身素质不高等。提出培养职业道德的途径:加强对职业道德教育重要性和紧迫感的认识,采取切实可行的管理措施,对运动员进行科学文化知识的教育等。Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview to experts etc. and based on the analysis of the present situation of professional footballers＇ occupational morality in our country, it found out the main factors influencing the occupational morality, i.e. the mechanism of cultivating professional soccer players is imperfect, the management system leaves something to be desired, the quality of professional footballers themselves is not fine enough and so on. It puts forward the channels to training and improving the occupational morality of professional footbaUers： enhancing the understanding of the importance and urgency of occupational morality education, adopting practical management measures, imparting scientific and cultural knowledge to the professional players and so on.
