摘  要:目的:观察复方黄芪颗粒对四氯化碳(CCl4)慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:制备大鼠的CCl4慢性肝损伤模型,观察复方黄芪颗粒对慢性肝损伤大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、以及对肝组织羟脯氨酸含量等的影响。结果:复方黄芪颗粒在给药3个月后,低、中、高剂量组(1.9,3.8,7.6g/kg)均能降低血清ALT、AST的活力和肝组织羟脯氨酸的含量(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论:复方黄芪颗粒能保肝降酶,对慢性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective: To examine the protective effect of compound astragaii granule against CCl4-induced chronic hepatic injury in rats. Methods: CCl4-induced chronic hepatic injury model was made in rats. Effects of compound astragali granule on biochemical indexes such as ALT, AST, TP, ALB in rat serum and hydroxyproline levels in liver tissue were observed. Results: after treated with compound astragali granule for three months, ALT and AST activities in serum and hydroxyproline levels in liver tissue decreased significantly in the three dosage groups of 1.9, 3.8, 7.6g/kg respectively (P 〈 0.05, or P 〈 0.001). Conclusion: Compound astragali granule could protect liver and decrease enzyme and had apparent protective effects against chronic hepatic injury.
