摘  要:塔河油田含盐膏层井φ444.5 mm井眼钻深达3 400 m,受钻头选型困难、机械破岩能量不足、水力参数不能满足实际需要、设备能力不足、井身质量要求高、钻杆强度不够、地层复杂等因素的影响,钻井效率低下、事故频发,严重影响了盐膏层以下油气勘探开发的速度。给出了提高钻井效率的技术措施:使用大尺寸钻铤、φ139.7 mm 钻杆和合适尺寸的减振器,采用适当的工程技术措施,以保护钻头,提高机械钻速;配置先进的大功率四级固控设备,以及时清除钻井液中的有害固相;针对钻遇地层的特点优选钻头;改善钻井液流变性,提高携岩能力,保证井眼的净化。While drilling the φ444.5mm hole to 3 400 m deep in Tahe Oilfield, because of the gypsum formations, low drilling efficiency and high accident frequency will be presented arised from drilling challenges of difficult bit selection, deficient mechanical and hydraulic power, low equipment Capabilities, high requirement for wellbore qualities, insufficient drill stem strength, complex formation, etc. These troubles severely affect the ROP below gypsum formations. Technical measures to improve drilling efficiency are presented, including large size drill collars, φ139.7 mm drill pipe and suitable shock absorber, proper technical measures to protect a drill bit and increase the ROP, assembling advanced high power four stage solids control equipment to removing solid contents in time, optimizing a bit according to formation characteristics, improving drilling fluid rheology to increase cutting transport capacity and attain a clean wellbore.
