摘  要:分析了江苏金坛地区盐穴储气井固井存在的技术难点(无井底、井底温度较高、井眼尺寸大、水泥石长期胶结性能要求高等)。通过采用在盐穴溶腔顶打水泥塞建立人工井底技术、应用半饱和盐水水泥浆体系和提高大井眼顶替效率技术,解决了改造采卤井固井技术难题,实现了无井底盐穴固井;通过改进欠饱和盐水水泥浆性能,提高了新腔井的盐膏层固井质量,在现场施工井中取得了良好的效果。实践表明,该固井技术能满足金坛地区盐穴储气井固井的需要,可以提高固井质量。This paper analyzes technical challenges arised from cementing wells with salt caverns in Jintan, Jiangsu, such as no hole bottom, high down hole temperature, large hole size and strict requirements for long- term bonding properties of cementing sheath, etc. By employing cementing plug placed on the top of the salt cavern, semi saturated salt-water-base slurry and high displacement efficiency, etc. preceding cementing problems are solved, and cementing for no-bottom salt cavern is realized. Through improving properties of undersaturated brine mud, cementing qualities for gypsum formations are improved. Field operations achieved good effects, which indicate that the cementing technology can meet demands for cementing wells with salt caverns in Jintan area and improving cementing quality.
