摘  要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在院内发生获得性真菌感染菌种的种类和药敏分析结果,以指导临床合理用药。方法60例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据资料研究真菌感染的特点和抗真菌药物的敏感性。结果本研究分离到8种60株深部真菌,菌种以念珠菌为主,其中白色念珠菌和热带念珠菌分别占66.73%和13.34%,真菌的药敏结果显示传统的抗真菌药物如制霉菌素、两性霉素B和伊曲康唑敏感性较高,而益康唑,酮康唑的敏感性较低,氟康唑的耐药性增高。结论COPD患者在院内发生获得性真菌感染菌种发生变迁,对唑类药物的敏感性下降,耐药率上升。Objective To investigate types of nosocimal acquired fungus infection and drug sensitivity testing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) to instruct clinical reasonable application of drugs. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Features of fungous infection and sensitivity of antifungal agent according to the data. Results Eight (60 stains) fungus were isolated. The majority of fungus was monilia,among of these,blastomyces albicans and candida tropicalis was 66.73% and 13.34 respectively. Results of drug sensitivity testing indicated that some traditional antifungal agent such as nystatin ,amphotericin B and itraconazole were higher in sensitivity, however, sensitivity of econazole and ketoconazole was relative low, drug resistance of fluconazol was elevated. Conclusion The drug susceptibility of strain isolated from nosocimal acquired fungous in COPD patients have been drug diversified and, it' s sensitivity to azoles was increased and drug resistant rate Was devated.
