摘 要:目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子与组织纤维化的关系。方法检索国内外相关的文献资料。结果组织纤维化基本特征是细胞外基质过度沉积和组织结构改建,而ECM降解减少是导致其过度沉积的主要原因之一,基质金属蛋白酶及其基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子是降解过程中主要调节因素。结论基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子在组织纤维化发生、发展及其临床治疗具有重要意义,有待于进一步探讨。Objective To discuss the relationship between matrix metalloproteinases and its tissue inhibitors and tissue fibrosis. Methods The related internal and external literatures were retrieved. Results The basic character of tissue fibrosis is that extra cellular matrix (ECM) excessively deposit and tissue structure is rebuilt, and the decrease of ECM's degradation is one of main reasons that lead to the excessive deposit. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) are main regulator of degradation of ECM proteins. Concision The MMPs and TIMPs have very important significance in occurrence, development and clinical therapy of tissue fibrosis, they need further research.
