摘　　要：全面建设小康社会是我们为之而奋斗的宏伟目标,要实现这一惠及13亿人口的目标,就要让国民经济快速、高效、持续发展;要让关系国家安全与稳定的“三农”问题得到很好解决;要让国土90%、人口80%以上范围内达到小康社会的指标,要实现这一目标,必须发展壮大县域经济。Building up a comparatively well-off society is one of our great goals, which will be beneficial for the whole population of 1. 3 billion. In order to achieve this goal, we have to keep a high speed, efficient and sustainable development of the national economy, solve the so called ‘three agricultural problems＇ well. We must boost up the township economy before we can deliver the comparative well-off society to 90 % of the territory or 80 % of the population.
