摘　　要：介绍了在住宅小区采用集散控制方案集成设备监控系统的方法,并给出一般性系统结构和控制要点,提出系统集成时的注意问题,以提高物业管理水平和生活品质。The method to build equipment monitoring system based upon total distributed computing control scheme in residential quarter is introduced as well as general system organization and key points for control. The matters needing attention are also pointed out in order to improve property management level and living standard.
