摘　　要：介绍了晋中市城区住宅层数发展的外显特征,分析了层数发展的内在原因以及当前发展中面临的问题,提出了解决问题的措施,归纳了层数发展的总体趋势和基本策略。The explicit features of the development of the number of housing stories in Jinzhong city are introduced. Based upon analysis of the factors influences the development of housing stories the problems existed in development process are pointed out; at the same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed. In the end the development trend of the housing stories is surnrnarized.
