摘 要:菌株BL-11、BL-12、BL-21、BL-22是自行分离得到的四株具有解磷能力的细菌,经鉴定为侧孢芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslaterosporus)。本实验分别以氧化乐果和水胺硫磷为唯一磷源,接种四株菌,在30℃、180r/min条件培养4d后,以钼蓝比色法测上清液中的水溶性磷含量。在以水胺硫磷为唯一磷源的培养液中,菌株BL-21、BL-22的解磷能力显著好于菌株BL-11、BL-12,解磷效率分别为58.98%和75.50%;在以氧化乐果为唯一磷源的培养液中,菌株BL-21、BL-22的解磷效率分别为32.66%和29.10%,均高于菌株BL-11、BL-12。Four strains BL-11, BL-12, BL-21, BL-22 were identified to be Bacillus laterosporus. They were inoculated into a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask containing 50 mL of the media with organophorus pesticide as the only phosphorus source. The flasks were cultivated on a rotary shaker at 30℃ for 4 days under agitation of 180 rpm, then phosphorus in the medium were measured by different methods. The results indicated that strains BL-21 and BL-22 could decomposed organicphosphorus strongly and were superior to strains BL-11 and BL-12, the effective phosphorus were tested respectively up to 58.98%, 75.50% in isocarbophos medium and were respectively to be 29.10%, 32.66% in omethoate medium.
