摘 要:研究了开花期改变人参源库关系对叶片光合作用日变化的影响。结果表明:去除部分人参叶片后,存留的叶片光合速率显著增加(P<0.05),上午增加6.7%,下午增加11.3%;叶片可溶性总糖含量下降11.9%,淀粉含量下降6.9%,可溶性蛋白质含量增加15.9%。去除人参花蕾后,叶片光合速率显著下降(P<0.05),上午下降5.5%,下午下降9.9%;同时,叶片可溶性总糖含量增加8.3%,淀粉含量增加3.3%,可溶性蛋白质含量下降15.1%。上述结果说明,叶片光合产物积累是人参叶片日光合速率下降的主要原因之一。Effects of altered source-sink correlation on diurnal changes of photosynthesis were studied in the leaves of Panax ginseng at flowering stage. The results showed that removing some leaves of Panax ginseng led to the significant increase in photosynthetic rate of remainder leaves by 6. 7% in the morning and 11.3% in the afternoon (P 〈0. 05). The content of total soluble sugar was decreased by 11.9%, the starch was decreased by 6.9%, and the soluble protein was increased by 15.9%. Removing flowers of Panax ginseng resulted in the significant reduction in photosynthetic rate of leaves by 5.5% in the morning and 9. 9% in the after- noon (P 〈0. 05). The content of total soluble sugar was increased by 8.3%, the starch was increased by 3.3%, and the soluble protein was decreased by 15. 1%. The results indicated that accumulation of photosynthetic products was one of the main reasons re- suited in diurnal depression of photosynthetic rate in the leaves of Panax ginseng.
