摘　　要：针对中小型物流企业信息化水平低,开展电子商务、信息化成本高等问题,着重分析了中小型物流企业发展电子商务中的信息系统、人才资金和服务形式等方面的制约因素,并从市场定位、客户关系、策略分析和工作流程等方面进行了中小型物流企业发展电子商务的对策研究。This paper aiming at informationization level and high realization cost in electronic business solution for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, analyses the constraint factors of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise develop electronic business, including information system, talent and fund, the type of service. At last, puts forward the countermeasures of small and medium sized logistics enterprise develop electronic business, such as market localization, customer relationship, strategic analysis and business process.
