摘  要:设计并合成向列相液晶化合物对乙基苯甲酸对氯基苯酚酯,用红外光谱对其分子结构进行表征,用偏光显微镜(POM)和示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对其液晶行为进行研究.将该液晶化合物作为毛细管气相色谱固定相,通过色谱柱柱效和极性的测试,以及GROB试剂、正烷烃和二取代苯位置异构体在色谱柱上的分离,研究其色谱性能,并根据其形成超分子体系和具有分子识别能力的分子的结构特点,应用超分子化学理论对该液晶化合物的色谱分离机理进行初步探讨.A type of phenol benzoate liquid-crystalline compound was synthesized. Its molecular structure was characterized by IR, and Its liquid crystal phase was studied by polarized microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), which showed that it was a nemafic liquid-crystalline compound and its temperature range of liquid crystal state was wide, and indicated that it was suitable as CGC stationary phase. Its chromatographic prnperfies were investigated. The facts of the experiments showed that the liquid-crystalline compound as CGC stationary phase had good performance of film forming and high column etficiency. It demonstrated excellent separation ability to normal alkanes and disubstituted benzene positional isomers. The liquid-crystalline compound bears the special ability of molecular recognition owing to its special molecule structure. The mechanism of the molecular recognition was studied.
