摘　　要：阐述了哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司阀门螺母用材铝青铜棒(QA110-4-4)的超声波检测过程,确定了最佳优化检测参数,对计算法和试块法灵敏度调节方法进行了对比。检测结果表明,CTS-2000数字超声波探伤仪能准确测定铝青铜棒内的缺陷。The procedure of ultrasonic test on valve nut made of albronze in Harbin Boiler Co., Ltd was described, the optimizing parameters to test were presented, the method adjusting sensitivity for calculating method and test block method was compared. The results showed that CTS-2000 digital ultrasonic test device can exam accurately defects in it.
