摘 要:对烧结法粗液高温脱硅过程中升降温制度对脱硅效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明,温度升高,脱硅精液A/S逐渐提高,在降温过程中,随着温度降低,精液A/S也在逐渐提高,即降温过程中脱硅反应还在继续。脱硅温度在200℃以上,保温1h,然后逐步降温,精液A/S可以达到600,完全满足生产需要。因此,高温脱硅可取代山铝目前的三次脱硅工艺。The influences of heating up and detemperature system on disilication effects of raw liquor in sintering process under high temperature are studied. The results show that the A/S of fine liquor gradually increases when the temperature rise and the A/S of the fine liquor increases too when the temperature decreases, that is, the desilication reaction continues still in the fall of temperature. The A/S can reaches 600 when desilication temperature is higher than 200℃, keeping the temperature for an hour and gradually reducing the temperature, meeting the needs of the production completely. Therefore. high temperature disilication can replace the triple disilication process in Shandong Aluminum Company.
