摘　　要：结合对华癸中生根瘤菌(Mesorhizobium huakuii)质粒功能的研究,介绍了高温和吖啶橙处理法、标记质粒消除法和质粒的不相容性消除质粒法在华癸中生根瘤菌质粒消除中的应用,并比较了各方法的优缺点。The plasmid elimination methods that were applied in probing plasmid function of Mesorhizobium huakuii were introduced in this paper. These methods included the treatment of high temperature and acridine orange,curing marked plasmid by Tn5-mob-sacB and curing indigenous plasmid by the incompatibility between indigenous plasmid and marked exotic plasmid by Tn5-mob-sacB, and their advantage and disadvantage were compared.
