摘  要:目的:分析空肠弯曲菌脂多糖(LPS)与格林巴利综合征(GBS)患者神经组织之间是否存在分子模拟现象以及探讨空肠弯曲菌LPS在GBS发病中的作用机制。方法:首先从GBS患者粪便中分离培养出空肠弯曲菌,经鉴定后提取其LPS,用空肠弯曲菌LPS制备出GBS动物模型(实验性变态反应性神经炎),最后利用噬菌体肽库筛选技术分析空肠弯曲菌和GBS患者神经组织之间是否存在相似性抗原表位。结果:空肠弯曲菌LPS、牛髓鞘碱性蛋白以及GBS患者外周神经成分之间存在相似抗原表位。结论:空肠弯曲菌LPS和GBS患者外周神经神经节苷脂成分之间存在分子模拟现象,GBS的发病是由于机体针对感染原的免疫应答通过交叉反应导致外周神经组织损伤所致。Objective: To analyze the role of C.jejuni lipopolysaccharides(LPS )in the pathogenesis of Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS)and to study the molecular mimicry between C.jejuni LPS and peripheral nerve element of GBS patients. Methods: C. jejuni isolates used in these studies were collected and cultured from the stools of GBS patients and the LPS was then prepared using the hot phenol-water method of westphal. As an immunogen, the C.jejuni LPS was used to immunize the guinea-pigs and the experimental allergic neuritis model was obtained. The sera of guinea-pigs and GBS patients were collected to screen the phage peptide library to compare the similarity of epitopes from C.jejuni and GBS nerve system. Results: Molecular mimicry was demonstrated between the C.jejuni LPS and peripheral nerve fibers of GBS patients. Conclusion: Since a common epitope exists between the C.jejuni and peripheral nerve fibers of GBS patients, through cross reaction, the immune response to the C.jejuni may cause the destroy of nerve system and the development of GBS.
