摘　　要：目的:提供手术磨除前床突(ACP)的解剖学资料。方法:解剖观测15例(30侧)成人头颅标本ACP的位置及毗邻。结果:①ACP的全长(9.90±1.27)mm;半长(5.29±1.24)mm;基底宽(12.19±3.44)mm;中宽(6.74±1.71)mm;基底厚(5.36±1.27)mm;中厚(4.75±1.07)mm。ACP有4侧气化。②视柱在断面上呈三角形或椭圆形,其长(5.94±1.70)mm;厚(2.29±0.80)mm。③ACP自身骨膜、海绵窦上壁脑膜、前岩床皱襞、床突间韧带、颈动脉床突韧带、镰状韧带在ACP尖处形成复杂的膜复合体。④ACP在内侧隔颈动脉领与颈内动脉床突段相贴,下与动眼神经及滑车神经相贴,前内侧有视神经及眼动脉。结论:ACP的毗邻结构重要而复杂,在ACP的磨除时需加以保护。Objective： To provide anatomic data for surgical removal of the anterior clinoid process（ACP）. Methods： Location and surrounding structures of ACP were observed and measured in 30 specimens from 15 cadaver heads. Resuits： Length of ACP in medial margin of optic canal（OC）was（9.90±1.27）mm; length of ACP in lateral margin of OC was（5.29±1.24）mm; width of ACP in medial margin of OC was（12.19±3.44）mm; width of ACP in lateral margin of OC was（6.74±1.71）, thickness of ACP in medial margin of OC was（5.36±1.27）mm, thickness of ACP in lateral margin of OC was（4.75±1.07）mm. The ACP contained air cells in 4 specimens. The shape of the optic strut in the sagittal dissection was trigonal or oval, the length was（5.94±1.70）mm, the thickness was（2.29±0.80）mm. The dural of the roof of the cavernous sinus, the periosteum of itself, the anterior petroclinoid fold, the interclinoid ligament, the caroticoclinoid ligament and the fidciform ligament, formed the complicated dural complex on the apex of the ACP. Posteromedially ACP was intimately related to the clinoid segment of internal carotid artery（ICA）, separated only by ICA collar. Inferiorly the oculomotor nerve and the trochlear nerve were very close to the lateral underside of the ACP. Optic nerve and ophthalmic artery situated anteromedially. Conclusion： The surrounding structures of ACP are important and complicated and should be protected carefully in removing ACP.
