摘　　要：服务型政府是民主政府、有限政府、法治政府、责任政府和绩效政府。这是服务型政府的形态,也是服务型政府的目标。转变公务员观念,完善各项制度,推行配套法规,是我国建设服务型政府的内在要求和重要保证。The new conception of government implies democratic government, limited government, responsible government, government by law and performance-oriented government. Approach to a service style of government is government innovation. The construction of service government needs to transform the official idea, to consummate each system, carries out the laws and regulations. This is the request in triusic and the important guarantee in our country to construct the service government.
