摘　　要：阐述了建立烟草行业数字图书馆的必要性和紧迫性。通过对数字图书馆与现有传统图书馆的对比分析,从数字资源、技术实现、实现功能等方面论述了建设烟草行业数字图书馆需要达到的技术水平和设计功能。The numeric library is a kind of new information utilization method which is developed in 21 century. It can be used conveniently by reads farthest, enlarge readers crowd, and realizes the utmost social benefit. The author has expatiated the important meaning for the establishment of tobacco industry＇s numeric library and comparably analyzed the numeric library and the traditional library. In the mean time, the needed and advanced technology level for the tobacco industry＇s numeric library are also introduced from numeral resources,technology realizes and realized function. After the numeric library has been founded,it should supply the tobacco industry＇s users high quality services and play its own role.
