摘　　要：在现代社会物权法中,土地所有权的政治宣示意义大于经济利益。用优秀法价值观及宪政观念来建构中国农地物权法律制度,既符合我国实际,也具有重要的理论和现实意义。In the real right law of modern society, the political meaning of the farmland ownership is more than its economic interest. It is quite meaningful in theory and practice to construct China real right law on farmland with concept of excellent view of legal value and constitutional government.
