摘　　要：论述了高校学报文献的学校性及综合性强、学术性强、创新性强、形式规范和收藏价值大的基本特征和学术价值,并提出了广泛收集、加工整理、变分散管理为集中管理的开发利用措施。The strong points of the university journals and literature on academy and innovation are talked over. The characters of standard and the great value of collection are reflected. The developing measures based on the centralized management include wide collection, improvement, arrangement and decentralized management.
