摘　　要：编辑出版时滞是影响科技情报速发性的重要因素。编辑出版时滞有分布性、学科性和快报性等基本特性。编辑出版时滞与期刊论文质量有不可分割的关系。必须在确保期刊质量的前提下,按照基本特性制定缩短编辑出版时滞的具体措施。The DPA is an important factor to affect the quick -transmission of science and technology information, Dispersal, discipline and quick - transmission are the fundamental properties of the DPA. The DPA is inseparable from the quality of the journal theses, thus, under the premise of ensuring the quality of journals, it is necessary to take specific measures to shorten the DPA according to its properties.
