摘　　要：目的总结记忆合金环抱钢板治疗锁骨、股骨粉碎性骨折的作用。方法15例锁骨中内1/3段粉碎性骨折,26例股骨中上1/3段粉碎性骨折,采用记忆合金环抱钢板固定治疗。结果本组病例随访1年以上股骨骨折24例,锁骨骨折13例,半年以上锁骨和股骨骨折各2例。锁骨平均临床愈合时间8周,股骨3个月。无感染、松动、骨折再移位等并发症。结论环抱器在治疗锁骨、股骨粉碎性骨折中有其独特的把持作用,具有良好的固定、简便省时,利于骨折愈合等到优点。Aim To preliminary summarize the effect of emhracing plate of shape memory alloy on fracture of clavicular and femur. Methods In this series, 15 cases of comminuted fracture in the mid-medial one third of clavicular, and 26 cases in the mid-upper one third of femur were treated with emhracing plate of shape memory alloy. Results After operation, 24 cases of femur and 13 cases of clavicular were followed up for more than 1 year, 2 cases of femur and 2 cases of clavicular for half a year to 1 year. The average time for bone healing was 8 weeks for clavicular, 3 months for femur. No complications such as infection, fixation loosening and fragment re-displacement were observed. Conclusion In the therapy of comminuted fracture in clavicular and femur, the embracing fixator has a unique holding effect, as well as many advantages suchas rigid fixation, convenience for installation and bone healing facilitation.
