经半月线切口在输尿管结石取石术中应用的体会

摘　　要：目的总结经半月线切口在输尿管上中段取石术中应用的体会。方法对31例采用经半月线切口行切开取石的输尿管上中段结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献进行讨论。结果除1例在分离过程中损伤腹膜外,其余手术顺利,所有患者术后恢复好,无并发症。结论经半月线直切口具有手术层次少,组织损伤小,无后遗切口痛等优点,是一种较好的治疗输尿管上中段结石的手术径路。Aim To sum up the experience of the upper and middle ureterolithotomy via the semilunar line incision. Methods 31 pa- tients with the upper and middle ureterolithiasis under going the operation of ureterolithotomy via the semilunar line incision were reviewed, in combination with related literature. Results All the patients recuperate well and have no complications except one patient whose peritoneum was damaged in the process of the operation. Conclusions The semilunar line incision has many advantages sush as little damage,few bleeding and quick recover etc. It is a better approach of the upper and middle ureterolithotomy.
