摘　　要：目的对手术室术前访视效果进行观察与研究,提高手术室整体护理质量。方法对2005年1月至2005年7月住院手术患者进行术前访视,术中观察与术后回访,随机抽查访视效果,对所得资料进行讨论研究。结果术前访视率达97%,未能达到100%。访视效果抽查满意率达96%。患者对术前访视需要率达100%,对术前访视满意度达98.5%。结论患者需要手术室护士术前1 d对其进行术前访视。术前访视是手术室整体护理工作的必要组成部分,直接影响到患者对手术室护理工作的满意度。访视效果与手术室工作量、排班方式、手术室护士素质以及手术室与病房工作协调运转有关。Objectives To investigate the effect of pre-operative interview in the operating room so as to improve the quality of holistic nursing. Methods Pre-operative interview, peri-operative observation and return visiting were done to patients who accepted operation from january to July of 2005. Spot checks were randomly conducted to evaluate the effect of pre-operative interview. The results were researched and discussed. Results The pre-operative interview rate was 97%, failed to reach 100%. The satisfaction rate of spot checks was 96%. All the patients needed pre-operative interview, and the satisfaction rate of this group was 98.5%. Conclusions Patients need pre-operative interview which performed by operating room nurses one day before the operation. Pre-operative interview is one of the necessary parts of holistic nursing in operating room, and affects the satisfaction rate. The effects of pre-operative interview are affected by work load, operation schedule, nurse＇s talent and coordination between the Operating Room and the clinical wards.
