摘　　要：Jackendoff依据Chom sky的语法生成性的基本思想创立了一套完整的概念语义学,该学说由本体概念元和概念结构构成,句法结构由概念结构按一些规则投射而成。用基于概念语义学的方法研究语义控制,比纯句法自足法有更可靠的可行性。Based on the spirit of generativity of language by Chomsky, Ray Jackendoff has developed a system of linguistic theory-Conceptual Semantics （hence CS）. CS consists of ontological semantic primitives, semantic structure and some mapping rules from semafitie structure to syntactic structure. The study of semantic control within the mythology of CS unearths more consistent and inherent laws than is done in line with autonomous syntactic theory.
