摘　　要：本文旨在探讨民族区域自治制度在理论与实践中的发展所反映的我国政治文明发展程度以及在今后的政治文明建设中如何坚持和完善民族区域自治制度。深入研究民族区域自治制度的理论与实践将对建设民族地区的政治文明,甚至全国的政治文明产生积极的影响与作用。The development of the system of regional national autonomy in theory and practice reflects theprogress of political civilizationin China.This article gives some advices about howtoinsisting on andi mproving the systemof regional national autonomyinthe background of construction of political civili-zation.The thorough research of the system of regional national autonomy in theory and practice isgood to the construction of political civilizationin national region,evenin the whole country.
