摘  要:目的了解冠状动脉支架植入术后患者对疾病的认知程度、健康观、健康教育需求,探索规范的健康教育方法,满足患者对保健知识的需求,提高支架植入术后患者的生活质量。方法运用认知、角色、需求理论自行设计调查表,对120例冠状动脉支架植入术后患者进行疾病认知程度、健康观、角色适应、健康教育内容方法需求等方面的调查,其中大学、高中、初中、小学或以下学历患者各30例。结果患者对冠状动脉内支架植入术的认知较缺乏,只有45例病人知道如何适应生活、工作的应激,56例病人知道康复保健知识;“角色”部分,有39例病人认为自己即使进行了手术,也不是健康人;病人普通对术后康复知识的需求很大,病人最喜欢的健康教育方式是医护讲解和演示。结论规范健康宣教,让患者掌握促进健康、保持健康的方法,提高支架植入术后患者的生活质量,满足患者健康需求。Objective To investigate the cognition, health idea and the request of health education of patients after intracoronary stent implantation, standardize health education methods, satisfy patients' need for health knowledge and improve their quality of life. Methods One hundred and twenty patients (30 having college degree, 30 having high school degree, 30 having junior high school degree and 30 having premier school degree or below) after intracoronary stent implantation were investigated by self designed questionnaire which was made according to theory of cognition, role and need. The content of questionnaire was cognition on disease, health idea, role adaptation request methods and content of health education. Results Forty-five patients knew how to adapt living and working, 56 patients knew knowledge of health care, 81 regarded themselves as healthy person. Patients had great request for postoperative health care knowledge, and they were fond of listening to illustrating and demonstrating of medical staff. Conclusion Standardizing health education, making patients grasp ways of promoting health and maintain health and improving quality of life of patients after intracoronary stent implantation can satisfy their needs.
