摘  要:用抑制胚根生长法测定6种因素对稻瘟病菌产生毒素量的影响。结果表明,菌株间的产毒量有明显差异;最适宜的产毒条件是:选用马铃薯、蔗糖培养基,pH值在5~6,温度为30℃,每天光暗各12h,摇动培养。The influence exerted by culture conditions of 6 factors on toxin production of Magnaporthe grisea was detected with the method of inhibition of embryo-root growth. The result showed that the amount of toxin production was different significantly among strains of M. grisea,and the most suitable conditions for the toxin production out of the other factors were to apply potato sucrose medium, make use of shake culture, adjust PH value of culture medium at 5~6, keep culture temperature at 30℃, and make illumination condition in light and dark for 12 hours alternatively every day.
