摘 要:采用脱碳电炉和高温井式炉研究的焦炭的失碳率分布。讨论了焦炭在高炉中的失碳机理以及失碳率分布对焦炭抗压强度的影响。研究说明:焦炭在高炉内反应过程中,失碳率随粒度的增加而减小;对于同一块焦炭,失碳率由外层至内层是降低的;随着失碳率的提高焦炭的抗压强度是降低的;为保证炉料的透气性,入炉焦炭的粒度要适宜。The decarbonization rate distribution was researched using a decarbonzing electric furnace and a high temperature well furnace. The mechanism on decarbonization of coke in the blast furnace and the affection of distribution of coke decarbonizaion to coke anti - pressure were discussed. It was proved that the discarbonziation rote was decreased with the increase of its size and higer and higer from surface to interior. It was also discovered that the discarbonizatin was run at the same time both surface and interior except in varying degrees. It was showed that the anti - pressure was depressed with the increase of the decarbonizaition and the granularity of the coke should be suitable in order to ensure that it was easy when the gas permeated the charging.
