摘　　要：介绍了冶金工业建筑地基、基础与上部结构共同工作的概念,根据国内外的相关理论,考虑建筑物刚度与地基土共同作用,提出了新建建筑物地基承载力设计值的计算公式,并给出了公式的适用条件。This article introduces the concept of the cooperation of subgrade, foundation and grade structure, then according to the correlative theories of the home and abroad, it gives the formula of calculating subgrade bearing capability when we allow for cooperation of grade structure and subgrade.
