摘　　要：目前国内水利工程的基建项目都实行招投标制,做好工程的标书编制直接关系到施工企业能否中标,文章对水利工程标书的编制技巧进行了分析。Nowadays , the constructions of irrigation works all carry out the system of inviting or submitting tenders in our country. So how to draw up the documents of water conservancy project tender is one of the most important factors, which decides whether the enterprise can get the tender. In this article, the author analyses some factors about the technique to draw up the documents.
