新疆北鲵不同年龄食量和体重、体长变化及饵料营养成份分析

摘　　要：文章旨在测定不同年龄人工孵化的新疆北鲵(—、二、四、五龄),在人工饲养条件下的日平均进食量变化、体重、体长的增长情况;对人工饲养和野生饵料的营养成份进行分析比较。结果表明,各龄新疆北鲵的日平均进食量在与日俱增的情况下,也受天气变化(如阴雨、大风降温等)的影响而有所增减。其体重、体长的增长呈上升趋势,增长率以四龄为最快,体重增长率为24.07%,其次为二龄和五龄的,分别为18.7%和11.65%,一龄为11.27%;四龄的体长增长率为6.52%,其次为一龄和二龄,分别为5.8%和2.67%,五龄的为0.95%。对其饵料营养成份分析表明,天然饵料石蚕中蛋白质、脂肪、C a、M g、Fe和维生素类(VA、VB1、VB2、VC、VE)的含量比人工饵料水丝蚓含量高,其中以VE含量的差别最大,石蚕VE的含量为17.38m g/kg,而水丝蚓VE的含量仅为5.64m g/kg。The research is to measure the average daily eating capacity of artificial Ranodon sibiricus at different ages （1 year old,2 years otd,4 years old, 5 years old）in May under artificial hatching condition and to observe its growing tendency in weight and length . The paper analyses and compares the nutrition of artificial baits and natural ones . The results show that the average daily capacity for eating is affected by day time climate change （eg. cloudy and rainy or wind or drop in temperature）. The rate of growing in Ranodon sibiricus at the age of 4 fastest in by 24.07% . The growing rate of weight for the 2-year old and 5-year old Ranodon Sibiricus is 18. 7% and 11.65% respectively. And the growing rate for the 1-year old is 11.27%. The rate of growing length is 6.25% for the 4-year old , 5.8% for the 1-year old and 2. 67% for 2 years old , 0. 95% for the 5-year old . According to the analysis of the components of nourishment , natural bait Caddisworm contains protein, fat, Ca, Mg, Fe, VA, VB1, VB2, VC, VE, which are in heavier proportion than in artificial bait Limnodrilus . VE varies most. The amount of VE in Caddisworm is 17.38mg/kg while the amount in Limnodrilus is only 5. 64 mg/kg .
