摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定杞蓉片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法样品用甲醇超声提取30min,滤过,滤液用RP-HPLC法测定。采用HypersilCl8柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相;检测波长为270nm。结果淫羊藿苷与其他成分分离良好,tR=13.2min,线性范围0.207～1.449μg,r=0.9996,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD=1.94%(n=5)。结论该法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确,可用于杞蓉片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of icariin in Qi Rong tablet. Methods The sample was extracted for 30 minutes with methanol by supersonic wave, and then was filtered. The chromatographic procedure was carried out in Hypersil C18（250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） column with acetonitrile -water （30 ： 70） as the mobile phase, 270 nm as the detection wavelength. Results Icarrin was well separated with other components . The standard curves of icariin showed linearity in the range of 0. 207 - 1. 449 μg（ r = 0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 97.5 with RSD being 1.94% （ n = 5）. Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination of icarrin in Qi Rong tablet.
