摘 要:为了解决柴油醇在应用中存在的相分离、十六烷值低下等问题,本文通过对乙醇—柴油的溶解性和着火性的研究,提出了一种由中碳醇+低分子醚+高分子聚合物+有机硝酸酯构成的复合添加剂。结果表明加入1%~2%复合添加剂后,柴油醇的溶解性和十六烷值明显提高。而燃烧特性的试验结果表明,随乙醇掺混比的增加,低负荷时缸内最高燃烧压力较柴油略有降低,而在大负荷时明显增加;柴油醇的着火延迟期有所增加,但燃烧持续期变短, 平均指示压力得到提高。Through the research on solubility and flammability of ethanol and diesel, an additive compound consisted of alkyl alcohol + aether + macromolecule polymer + alkyl nitrate was proposed to resolve the phase separation and low cetane number of E-diesel. The experimental results showed that, blending this additive compound by 1% - 2%, the solubility and cetane number of E-diesel were increased obviously. Compared to diesel the experimental results of combustion characteristic indicated that internal-cylinder maximum pressure of E-diesel decreased under low load while increased under high load along with mixture fraction of ethanol increasing. Although the ignition delay period of E-diesel was postponed, the combustion duration was shortened and the mean indication pressure was enhanced.
