悦安欣治疗急性脑梗死疗效评价及其对血脂、血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察悦安欣治疗急性脑梗死疗效及其对血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将196例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组。除均给予胞二磷胆碱、肠溶阿司匹林、B族维生素等综合治疗外,治疗组加用悦安欣注射液20ml,对照组加用血塞通注射液10ml,1次/d,疗程均为3wk。比较2组疗效及头颅CT改变情况,并观察治疗组血脂、血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.94%、86.73%(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组头颅病灶缩小或密度减低率分别为63.89%、42.42%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前、后血脂、血液流变学指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:悦安欣能改善脑供血、血脂代谢,降低全血粘度,治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效。OBJECTIVE：To observe the therapeutic effect of Yueanxin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effects on the indexes of blood-fat and hemorheology. METHODS： 196 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group： both groups were treated with combined therapy（citicoline, enteric- coated aspirin, B - family vitamin, and so on） ; however, the treatment group was treated with additional Yueanxin injection 20 ml for 3 weeks while the control group was treated with additional Xuesetong injection 10 ml q.d for 3 weeks.The curative effects, cerebral CT changes between the 2 groups were compared;meanwhile variations on indexes of blood - fat and hemorheology of the treatment group were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.9496 and 86.7396, respectively（P 〈 0.05） ; focus diminution rates or density reduction rates of the 2 groups were 63.8996 and 42.42% ,respectively（P 〈 0.05）.There were significant differences in the indexes of blood- fats and hemorheology for the treatment group before and after treatment（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） .CONCLUSION： Yueanxin injection can improve cerebral blood supply and lipid metabolism in serum, decrease whole blood viscosity, and which is safe and effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
