注射用加替沙星与替硝唑注射液的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用加替沙星与替硝唑注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用加替沙星与替硝唑注射液配伍后在48h内的含量变化,并观察和测定配伍液的外观及pH值变化。结果:加替沙星与替硝唑含量变化均小于5%,配伍液外观澄明,且无气体、沉淀产生,pH值、颜色及气味均无明显变化。结论:注射用加替沙星与替硝唑注射液配伍后在室温下48h内稳定,可配伍应用。OBJECTIVE：To study the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection with tinidazole injection.METHODS：Contents changes of gatifloxacln and tinidazole within 48h after mixing were determined by HPLC;and the appearance,pH value were observed and determined.RESULTS：The contents changes for both gatifloxacin and tinidazole were less than 5%. The mixed solution was clear in appearance yet without generation of gas and sediments .No significant changes were noted in pH value, color and smell.CONCLUSION：The mixed solution of gatifloxacin for injection with tinidazole injection is stable at room temperature within 48h and which can be applied in combination.
