摘　　要：竞技体操技术创新是一个艰辛的过程,其艰辛在于竞技体操技术创新历经的时间长,危险性大,参与人数多。所以,在实践过程中要有保障系统。本文对竞技体操技术创新活动的保障系统:创造性人格、消除障碍、人际关系以及情报获取做出实践性分析。By methods of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics etc, this paper makes study ensure system gymnastic technological innovation in China. The result shows that gymnastic technological innovation is a hard process, for it lasts long and has potential danger. Though the relationship between the gymnast and the coach is well- kept, but the relationship between scientific researcher and them should be correctly treated and actively adjusted.
