摘　　要：采用心钠素放射免疫分析（ＡＮＦＲＩＡ）药盒进行了四批实验测定。结果表明：３月－１４岁健康儿童血浆ＡＮＦ含量与性别、年龄无关，参考值为１７０．４±３４．６ｎｍｏｌ／ｌ；急性支气管肺炎、支气管哮喘、左向右分流型先天性心脏病患儿的血浆ＡＮＦ含量明显增高。分析结果显示了ＡＮＦＲＩＡ药盒稳定、灵敏、可靠、操作简便。Four batches of experiment have been carried out to determine the atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in plasma with radioimmunoassy kit. The results show that the plasma ANF levels for 3 month to 14 year old children are 170.4±34.6 nmol/l, free from the influence of age and sexuality . However, children with acute bronchopneumonia, asthma, or left to right shunt congenital heart diseases have significantly higher plasma ANF levels than healthy children. The ANF kits have been proven to be stable, sensitive, reliable and simple in operation.
