不同刈割次数对紫花苜蓿根系中可溶性糖含量及越冬率影响的研究

摘　　要：在哈尔滨地区,对当年种植的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)进行不同刈割次数处理,越冬期间取样测定其根系中可溶性糖含量及越冬率。结果表明:刈割次数与紫花苜蓿根系中可溶性糖含量呈显著负相关,刈割次数与紫花苜蓿越冬率也呈显著负相关。建议对哈尔滨地区春季种植的苜蓿,以当年8月初刈割1次为宜,这样既有利于其安全越冬,同时当年也能获得一定的产草量。Through cutting of new planting alfalfa with different frequency, the soluble sugar content of the root and winter survival rate were studied in Harbin.The results indicated that Cutting frequency was significantly negatively correlated with the soluble sugar content of the root and winter survival rate.So it was proper to cut once at August this year for the new planting alfalfa.It was in favour of winter survival safely and gaining largeryield of grass.
